My Time at WYNKIDS Preschool

In June 2024, I joined WYNKIDS Education Group. Over the next nine months, I embraced the role of both classroom teacher and after-school educator, supporting children across all age groups with enthusiasm and care. Each day, I designed and delivered activities that stimulated not just academic learning, but also social, emotional, and creative growth—whether through group storytelling, sensory play, or nature-inspired exploration.
I learned the power of flexibility and individualization. I built strong relationships with each child by adjusting approaches to meet their unique needs and regularly engaged parents during pick-up times, sharing updates and celebrating small achievements.
While my time at WYNKIDS was filled with many meaningful moments with the children, I also faced certain challenges in the workplace. At times, issues such as delayed payments, inconsistent management practices, and a demanding environment tested my resilience. There were moments when communication and professionalism could have been stronger, which created difficult situations for teachers. However, these experiences also shaped me into a more adaptable and patient individual, and they deepened my understanding of the importance of healthy leadership and supportive work culture in the education field.
Though my time at WYNKIDS concluded in March 2025, I carry with me countless joyful memories—children’s laughter during group games, the sparkle of discovery in a child’s eyes, and the warmth of shared achievements with both parents and staff.
